I ordered from Thai Room Grand and, i was really let down. The packaging looked decent, so credit where it’s due, they at least made the food look like it had potential. Unfortunately, the actual taste was bland and didn’t feel fresh at all.

The noodles were mushy, the curry was watery, and the chicken was dry, which is kind of impressive in the worst way because there were so many chances for at least one thing to be okay. For the price, I was definitely expecting something a lot better.

Maybe they were having an off day, but I don’t think I’d order from there again. It just felt like a waste of money, even if they did manage to deliver a very memorable meal for all the wrong reasons.

I had a feeling their takeout packaging wasn’t going to be great, and yep, this pretty much confirmed it. By the time I got home, it had leaked all over the bag and made a mess. Super frustrating...

The portions were seriously huge, like, I was kind of wondering what the catch was. I ended up taking leftovers home and still felt completely stuffed.

I was impressed with how quickly the food came out. Compared to a lot of places I’ve been where you end up sitting around hungry, the staff here kept things moving and didn’t make us wait. Definitely a good spot if you’re in a rush but still want a decent meal

My sister and I checked the order when it arrived, and everything was exactly right. Nothing was missing at all, which was a nice relief.

I’ve been to Thai Room Grand a few times now, and the staff have always been really friendly. They greet you quickly, don’t make you feel rushed, and check in just enough without hovering.

We did have a small mix-up with our order once, but they fixed it right away and were really nice about it. I’m still a little unsure if the food quality is always consistent from visit to visit, but the service definitely makes the overall experience feel better.

Reservation was simple enough and went through fine, but the confirmation took a little longer than I expected. I’m guessing their system was just being slow, but it wasn’t a huge deal.

We went here for dinner and the place made a good first impression. The tables were wiped down, everything looked tidy, and even the washroom was decent. I was happy with the veggie options here. I’m always a little nervous ordering when spice levels aren’t obvious, because I love flavorful food but I’m not trying to melt my face off, you know? Overall though, good experience and I’d order again.

I ordered from thairoomgrand.com on a Friday night after a friend recommended it to me, and the food ended up arriving about 20 minutes later than the estimated time.

It was a little frustrating because I was hungry, but everything was still hot when it got here and the food tasted really good. I’d order again for sure, just probably not on a night when I’m in a hurry.

My pickup was quick and simple, and the food was ready faster than I expected. It’s one of those places that just makes things easy, which I really appreciate. Definitely 5 stars from me

Ordered from thairoomgrand.com and went with medium spicy cuz I don’t like when it’s too much. it was exactly right, had a good little kick but didn’t leave my mouth on fire or anything. My friend got hot and said it was actually hot too, not that fake mild “hot” some places do lol. Happy with it overall.

Yeah, the delivery showed up right when they said it would again. i really appreciate that.
